At Total Fitness at RMC, our team of exercise specialists can guide you to making the appropriate fitness choices. Our exercise gym was designed to meet both your cardiovascular endurance and strength needs. We have a variety of equipment this is easy to operate. Our aerobics studio is ideal for group classes. The floor is a customized resilient wood floor as recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine. Our fitness classes are included in membership fees, are offered at convenient times and provide a fun and exciting atmosphere for exercising. We also have various pieces of equipment to use with our unique class outlines.
