Insurance
If you have hospitalization insurance, the Medical Center will bill and accept payment from your insurance company provided that certain conditions are met. However, you are responsible for payment of your hospital bill regardless of insurance coverage. In the event that the insurance payment is not made within 45 to 60 days, you will be billed for payment in full. Any non-covered charges, such as deductible, telephone, television or any portion of your bill not covered by insurance, will be due at the time of discharge.
A deposit is required upon admission for patients with insufficient hospitalization insurance. For information on deposit requirements, contact the Patient Accounts Department at 329-7102 if your last name begins with A-L or 329-7103 if your last name begins with M-Z.
