Send a Cheer Card
Select a Cheer Card by clicking on the button below your card of choice and then clicking NEXT at the bottom of the page. You may enlarge each card by clicking directly on the image.

The card will be printed and delivered to the patient Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Cards submitted after 3 pm (MT) on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Cards that are printed after a patient's discharge or during calendar holidays cannot be delivered. We will do our best to ensure that the patient receives your well wishes. You may also choose to send these cards to the patient's private email address. The card will be sent as an image which is attached to the email.
